We offer worldwide shipping from our creative studio in China. Each order is carefully packed and shipped with love. 💛

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and fulfill your order before dispatching. Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may take an extra 1–2 days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • United States: 10–18 business days
  • Canada, Australia, UK: 10–18 business days
  • Europe (Germany, France, etc.): 12–20 business days
  • Other regions: 15–25 business days depending on location

All parcels come with a tracking number. Shipping times may vary slightly due to customs delays or local postal processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 (for orders under $60)
  • Free Shipping: on all orders over $60

Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will be shipped first, and the rest will follow once in stock. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (and SMS if provided) containing your tracking number and link. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to our support team for assistance.
