Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Make to Heal creations! If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Due to the nature of craft materials, DIY kits that have been opened, partially used, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be completed at checkout. Currently, we accept payments via PayPal. We are actively working on adding more payment options, including credit/debit cards, to make your checkout experience even smoother.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same product, please contact us at support@maketohealshop.com.
